Terms of Service for shotstep

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and shotstep ("shotstep") governing your use of the shotstep mobile application (the "App"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Use of the App

• You must be 13+ (or 16 in the EU). Under 18 requires guardian permission.
• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Do not misuse the App (malware, harassment, scraping, or illegal activity).

Account

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend/terminate for violations, fraud, or legal reasons.
• You may delete your account; data deletion follows our privacy policy.

Content & IP

• shotstep owns the App and related IP. No resale or reverse engineering.
• You retain rights to content you submit but grant us a license to operate the service.

Coaching & Guidance

shotstep provides logging, analysis, and educational content. It is not a substitute for professional coaching. Consult a coach or medical professional for personalized advice.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, shotstep is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Direct damages, if any, are limited to the amount you paid (if applicable) in the last 12 months.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. and state laws (jurisdiction to be finalized). Before filing a claim, contact us to attempt informal resolution.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; changes are effective when posted. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email when feasible.
